What powers your passion?
Look Beyond wants to know what powers your passions. They have been asking that question of some of San Antonio’s entrepreneurs in a new video series. The latest video in the series uncovers a San Antonio culinary staple. If you aren’t hungry before watching, you certainly will be afterward.
Meet Celia, the smiling face behind Chela’s Tacos. Her passion is for the food she creates, and it shows with every bite. When she was a child, her father instilled in her a love food. As an adult, she worked and saved until she was able to set up business and share her wonderful culinary skills.
There are two things she thanks for her success, both of them natural: natural ingredients and natural gas with which to cook them. These two elements working together under her talented hands keep her many customers satisfied and coming back again and again.
Oil and natural gas keep the food trucks moving
Celia started her business in a red food truck. Without the oil and natural gas industry, she would not have gotten very far, literally and figuratively. The industry not only keeps her truck moving and stove cooking, but it also fuels her generator, goes into the making of the plates and utensils her patrons use, and it also is needed to make the electronics she uses to process purchases and keep her business up to date.
That first red food truck led to a second, and then on to two brick-and-mortar restaurants. If you are in, or will be visiting, the San Antonio area be sure to watch the video featuring Chela’s Tacos, then stop by and taste the magic for yourself.
